Parkside & Main Restaurant in Rangeley

Parkside hospital is opening it's doors to it's new hospital soon. They pride themselves on the best care and superior customer service. The staff care about every person who walks thru the door. Depending on the condition, there may not be a cure, but the staff prepares the patient for life outside of the hospital and how to maintain proper care in order to function. I have seen first hand how everyone is treated with decency and like a member of the family.

Top notch staff. They were kind, helpful and funny!

Just got out today after being there for about over a month. Mr. Josh, mr. John, and mr. Antonio are by far the best staff there! While there was a lot of conflict on north floor I was still able to get treatment. 100%better then shadow mountain.

No person should have to go to this horrible place.

I received the best care. All of the staff, esp Adult Residential💞, were professional and compassionate. Should you or a loved one need help please contact them.

Don’t worry about my name but I really enjoyed this place. They gave me the treatment I needed in a short amount of time, i really loved Michelle, Roger, Carlos, Alfreda, and Hewitt. I didn’t really enjoy some others but James was cool too. They made me feel happy and safe while I was there. Just what I needed to get better

I liked it there it was relaxing and it wasn’t the drugs I really liked it the staff was nice.

I spent 8 days in the Adult unit. I could not be more impressed with the staff and care that I received. I would recommend this place to anyone that was considering going there. Great Job to All!!!

I called for 4 days straight, multiple times a day and every single time there was no answer and the call eventually hung up on me. I couldn’t even get on the phone with anyone to make an appointment! You would think a place that’s supposed to help people’s mental health would actually.... idk... try to get people in so they can get help?!?!

I would say the over all experience of working at parkside was awesome. Being able to help mentor adolescents through their crisis. But the down side of being an ex employee of parkside is our level of worth . we were treated so unfair and we were held in the "expandable" category. Mhts are taken for granted ! As a dedicated ex employee of almost 2years. I was a mentor, a therapist, server,conductor. And i was proud to say i was one of the reasons my unit had hardly any restraints. But because of favoritism and no thorough investigation i was terminated. I do want to encourage potential employees to have a back up plan. Because they dont care about the mhts. 😊 hope that changes

This place terrified me I was there for 2 1/2 weeks in the child’s unit and when I was first admitted they told me I’d never see my family, couldn’t wear hair ties, and couldn’t go outside. They put us in danger by having us stay with a very violent person who tried to harm staff, and patients. But I will say that RN Katie/Katrina was very kind and made you feel safe, Mrs. Kim was a very relatable person and was very inspiring, and Mrs. Lidia, Mrs. Dioni ( I think that’s how you spell her name) were all very kind, and honest people. Also when I was first admitted the had kept me up till 5 I’m the morning and we woke up at 7 and they told me that if I asked to go too sleep/ take a nap it would count as a refusal and would have my level dropped. The main point is that unless you want your family member to have nightmares/ trama for the rest of their life. DONT SEND THEM TO PARKSIDE!

This place is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend to take your child here. While I was in, I was in the adolescence unit and the therapist that I had would not help me and I pretty much could only talk to my psychiatrist about everything because my therapist didn’t want to do her job. Not to mention the things they have inside such as decor “like pictures with glass”. There were very rude staff who would yell and were not mindful of the patients triggers. I have been in many hospitals. But this one was the worse that I had ever been in. Staff would also tell my peers to stay away from me because I was “ a bad Influence” I am not aggressive nor am I disrespectful. They had also had me on multiple medications, probably all together I took 16 different pills a day. When I was transferred they took off a lot of medication cold turkey which caused my depression to be worse. Please do not send your child here unless you think otherwise! Thank you.

The staff in the outpatient clinic are all incredibly friendly and professional! They also provide free bakery items and other food from their pantry to patients in need.

I called out of concern for a family member who was having some psychiatric issues, and the person I spoke with on the phone was very comforting, gave me information on how to get her to the facility for an assessment, and told me what would happen during the process. I'm very grateful to have received such professional assistance.

Do not worry about my name. Mr. John, Mr. Josh and Ms. Faith the best staff at TCAT North unit so many fight but love the staff . Wish there could be more staff but it is ok.

Threatened to get a court order because we are pulling our 12 year old out after 4 days. Dont trust this place and their practices because we got no answers and couldnt call to talk to her or see her for days . It's our child
